Sorry to wallpaper your forum like this, but wasting £50 on a shiny silver beermat is going to make anyone a bit grumpy - especially when I can see what a good game it is that I'm missing out on.

Do you have any idea when you might be able to mend your broken game? Are we talking sometime in the next week, or are we talking a month or so? I'd be hoping for the next week - selling a game with such a totally game-breaking bug just isn't on.

If it's going to take months then I really think you need to start offering people their money back.

For reference, I've got the problem where after a while, the save function just stops working, and your last game corrupts. Happens with no warning, and can happen as early as the first month of the season.

It's not the hard drive, because I've still got plenty of space, and I can still save the preferences file. No idea what it is, except the most frustrating bug I've ever encountered in a videogame.

My thoughts exactly... I even tried using a different hard drive but still got the problem. It's just impossible to play and enjoy the game with this error. I hope it gets fixed real soon!

I agree with you guys! I have tried every setup of the game, different amount of leagues and etc. Nothing does the trick. It even happened to me on the first day of a new game, where you have to save the game to continue. So it can´t be caused by something that the user does.

I have never had any problems with saving any of my games on fm2006 or fm2007 on my xbox360.

its not as easy as PC

not only does any patch have to be created,tested and proofed internally, it has to be checked out by microsft, verified and uploaded, it takes a while....


but i dont really think SI will be to bothered about doing a patch for 360 game...

by the looks of it, they dont visit this part of the forum much, or even post....
i meen where is that demo on marketplace?

all they care about is there biggest selling platform....PC, thats where the real money and hte bulk of there customers

I feel thats a bit harsh..

The demo also has to go through the Microsoft verification route. They made one with FM06 and Microsoft didnt release it.

SI will sort it, I have 100% faith in it.

SI have this reputation that they are very community based, which they are very, although they dont do much on the scene websites or anything really much now, and they do listen to customers,

but so do alot alot of other PC tittles, they need to have a thriving community to help out

but come on, the 360 game hasnt had much support, umph or anything, and they dont even post on ehre to answer some questions, ok its just a port, and doesnt get many sales, but you stil expect the same support and quality as the flagship game,

its not a swipe at SI, its just a observation...i dont see the work that goes on behind

the demo, they said they would be making one....but didnt say if the'd sent it or any progress

I felt I got burned on the support for the 360 version of Fm06 so I am waiting to see what happens with 07 before I buy it. I hope they do a better job now than they did then.

ive had no trouble at all with fm2007 on 360, although this saved bug seemed to happen to me once or twice on fm2006. dont you have to continue to the next screen after its saved?
