I know this is a little silly and probably not really important but...

I noticed in my game that other managers are getting warned etc from their FA's about complaining about referee performances....

can human players also complain? if so where is the option to do it?

this just tends to be when there is some contreversy in the game, like when a player is offside but not given and wrongful penalties etc. then you get to complain but be wise about it, you can get a touchline ban
