Can't claim its sure fire but its taken my relegation certainties Redditch from the bottom to mid table.

I just use a basic 4-4-1-1

Wing Back arrow going forward at home but nothing away.

Hi mate i'm playing in the Conference South with Newport County i'm using 4-4-2 Diamond formation currently 5th and only lost 2 games out of 16 so far.

at home i play : 442 diamond and quite attacking, but keep my full backs on mixed forward runs

away i play 4411, with my am with an arrow going to the rwf position and one of my centre mids with an arrow going to the AM position
