like my tactics forum we should also have this training forum as, training is becoming an increasingly important aspect of the game, could make or break your season, and could develop your players in to world class superstars or mediocre players!

so all feedback is welcome and helpful for all

I have to say having played over half a season with Cardiff, Im a bit worried about the state of the training TBH. Using the same schedules I had in FM06 and having hired some good coasches, I was surprised to find most of my players stats dropped by one or two points. Even players who i signed which were recommended as having high potential (eg. Mark Jones at Wrexham) didnt improve at all. i thought this might be down to Cardiffs average facilities but having taken a look at the FM07 PC training forums, there are pages and pages of stuff about this problem, it seems like it afflicts the game no matter which club you go.

Of course if you have a major issue affecting the realism of FM07 on the PC, your safe in the knowledge that it'll be patched sooner or later but on 360? No chance. Anyone else having issues with training?

my training schedules are awesome on mine, with boro and most players are getting lots better, only the oldies are gettin worse but sayin that, schwarzer is now 36 on mine and still gettin better. have a look at the coaching summaries and that will give you a great outline to how your training is, like ive sed on another thread, most of my training attributes are 5 stars and the worst is 4 stars so maybe thats the key to it
