Yeah it's true. It only works on the pc version.

No matter what you do your manager is always "uncapped"

However, I have noticed that on the xbox 360 version, if you only manage in the English league, Italian league, Argentine League, French league, German league or Spanish league you manager is classed as continental.

You can play all these leagues together if you like and your manager will be continental as long as you only pick the top league for each country.

If you include the Scottish league, Portugesse league or American league your manager becomes national because these leagues are not that big compared to the leagues mentioned above.

If you include the lower leagues, For example, league 1 or league 2 or serie B and Serie C1 etc, your manager becomes local or obsurce.

Basically if you play in the "big" leagues, your manager is classed as a big manager. If you play with "lesser" leagues your manager has less of a reputation.

It does not matter what country your manager comes from. Only the leagues he/she wants to manage in as far as his/her reputation goes.

For me increasing your reputation as you go is what the game is about but then i like to start in the conference and work my way up
