Default Applying for new jobs

Is there any way I can apply for a vacant manager job without my current chairman/fans getting mad and wanting the back of me?

Surely I should be able to 'apply on the sly'...

Any advice would be great, thanks

Good question!! Its hard knowing when your actually in a position to have the reasonable prospect of the job before you apply.

If you apply for a job your not realistically going to get then it just angers your chairmen and eventually gets you the sack.

I wonder because I'm playing the conference north with redditch and was thinking I'd apply for a conference National job if it came up but I'm worried if I do I'll end up with no job at all.

Has anyone got any advice about this?

ive always waited the job was offered to me, in my main career ive had the west ham, man utd, arsenal and reading jobs offered to me because i was the hot favourite to get it, i guess you have to make an impact with your team if you want better jobs, unfortunately, and never declare your interest in a job, therefore not making it publicly known.
