depends on which team, one question, have you even looked, im quite a generous guy when it comes to advice, but when you havent tried it wont be given out. i dont think its fair on those who have tried and struggled til they found a way and some bonehead just wants help straight away without doing anything.... rant over

Look in the other forums - there's a few threads which detail players you can either get on loan or for free or minimal money who will do a job for most teams.
