I think he is after your gamertag which is basicaly your online 'name', if you dont have a gamertag you quite simply havn't got Xbox Live. Your gamertag is basicaly your sign in name when you turn your Xbox on. Sorry if you knew this already but it looked like you fella's were new to Xbox Live and needed a helping hand.
