Hi on my 360 game, i have recently updgraded the youth facilities at LFC, and have about ten coaches who are all strong in there respevtive stats. However lately i can't get above 2 stars for attacking/defending schedules regardless of the coaches ability. And the coaches don't have any other assignments that may bring them down. Anyone had this problem?

Im assuming you only have one coach, training in each skill? Just a shot in the dark, but the coach you have training in att/shooting, did you sign them to a part-time contract? i doubt you did, and otherwise im not too sure.

i normally hire 14 coaches, and have at least 2 coaches in each section and i hae got mine at most 5 stars, all barring 3 which are 4 stars

Sorry for the delay and thanks for your replies, i havent played for a few days so forgot this thread.
I have about 10 first team coaches and a couple of youth coaches. Its strange in that it has gone back to normal now, and the two skills attk/def have gone back to normal. I made alot of changes so im unsure what fixed it if it was me at all. It seemed to return to full on june 30th, so unsure if it is a pre-season problem. Can't help but feel that i would of noticed at other off seasons if that was the case, as would others.

Its not the first time it has happened and both times I believe happened after I arranged the youth coaches better. I gave a coach a first team assignment and a youth assignment, the stars seemed fine (no reductions) and carried on thinking all was fine. Could this be causing the problem? although it doesn't explain why they won't return to above 2 star when all assignments have been cleared.
