I am playing with Sutton Utd an after 21 games I have: won 8 games, Drawn 6 games and lost 7 games. Gd: 25-25 (0).
If we think logically the level in the conference isnt high. The players are really bad and I have found that a simple tactic is the best. I use 4-4-2 with 2 DMs behind the midfield line with to small arrows up. My wingers have long arrows from the midfield line.
I wonder how to find a tactic to win the league. Anyone who have experience with conference and what kind of tactic and trainig do you use?
