unfortunately not, it stays small but its good enough anyway

Does choosing more leagues at the beginning of the game affect the amount of players?

Yes it does.

You get the opotunity to puchase more players in the leauges you choose than if you don't choose those leagues as the researve and U18 teams aren't loaded and the majority of the players may/will be greyed out.

Ye thats what i thought because i only loaded up one league and because of that i cant see the reserve teams or U19s of clubs in different leagues.
