I recently got kettering to the prem after a million seasons and didn't get the english promotion achievement, is there a known issue with this?

additionally i also got the england job after about 3 seasons or so after only winning conference north and an fa trophy which is a little odd. This might of had an effect on the promotion acheivement(manager of 2 teams?)?

It happened to me when I got Yeading in the Premiership. It's stupid because I've got the achievements for the Spanish, Brazilian and French promotions challenges. The English challenge is the hardest and most time consuming, which makes this worse!
