Nope, I have 5 nations running with the top 2 divisions in each of them (English, Spanish, Italian, French and Brazilian)

I reset my cache from the systems blade the day i got FM, but it didnt seem to help, and still only 10 leagues allowed. Will it only work if you do it when you boot up the game?

sometimes it does, sometimes it doesnt, hasent worked for me recently tho
