ye in my first season i had 4 out 5 of my strkers all out injured at the same time but i think it makes the game more interesting as long as it doesnt happen too often

Players have "hidden" stats as to how to prone to injuries they are. You will notice that some players almost never get injured and some suffer several injuries every season.
Overall I think it is very realistic, every team has to work around the injury issue and it just makes a managers job more interesting, it keeps you on your toes.
