Good goalkeepers i would say is Enyeama and Ustari should get them quite cheap as long as another big club hasnt picked them up first.
Tomas Sivok or Gago are very good in midfield and there is lots of strikers out there.

Ive changed to the diamond system with Kaka as a playmaker and creative freedom near max. Im doing alot better now. i wanted to get ambrosini, gattuso, and pirlo in same team so i did. Signed drogba, which made gillardino unhappy.
if you want a challenge choose one of the Italian clubs who were docked points for match fixing. It gives an extra edge and challenge and alot of satisfaction if you win the league.
Ye i went Juventus for that reason but so far in my first season its been pretty easy and at the moment im at the top of the league in serie B but i think the real challenge will start in serie a
Juventus on my game got promoted and started really well in Serie A but finished 5th or 6th.
