i am everton in mysecond season and desperate to sign him but he just wont come to me, even though i offer him 41,000 wages. doesany 1 have this problem and is there away around it

It may be because your club doesnt have enough respect for him to come to it.....to resolve that you would need to win the league and in europe.
His favourite club may be where he is and so doesnt want to leave and theres nothing you can do about that.

he wouldn't want to go to you anyway, he's on a youth contract and has a huge contract with barcelona.
