I've had several of my youngsters linked with superstars in my game but I haven't noticed anything specific changing. Did you and if so what?
most of the time, its the way they play, go to positions in their profile, and you will see that there mentality will have changed. sometimes its specific stats that increase.
i agree - you wont see a snotty YTS kid turn into a Gerrard oernight but over the course of a season he might pick up a couple of his carachter traights, either as Big G said in positions, players mentality and mental stats etc
How can you tell if a player is a good mentor or not? Do you just look at his workrate, teamwork... and some of these attributes or is there another of telling who would be the best mentor?
i personally believe its down to the players personality, and then check his mentality stats, i had two players fall out because of a personality clash.
