its 21st of febuary.....and theres been no word from si on any patch or anything to do with the 360

whats going on?

can you not just tell us what your plans are

are you going to release a patch+data update

or just a patch?

or anything at all?

come on,its been AGES since this bug was reported with the savegame issue ,and quite a few people have had it,

why cant u just come clean and say whats going on? is it likely the'l be a patch or not?

and dont come out with the usual stuff you say,just say whats in the pipeline

I know its frustrating but all I can say is that as soon as I am able to give you any solid info on this, I will.

I am wondering is it the file size that is hindering your progress? That's the only reason I can see that you have probs with patching the game.

The cert(no offence)excuse doesnt fly with me. Crackdown came out today and already had a update for it. Many game release updates and they ALL have to do the same as you.

So the question is why can they do it and you dont?

I love SI and your games but theese 2 360 games have left a sour taste in my mouth. If this isint fixed by may, I am afraid I will never buy any Fm on any other platform than a pc ever again.

I have tried to support SI by buying 06 and 07 on pc, xbox 360 and psp. So I cant be accused of lacking support and love for you guys. Thats why this hurts so much.

As of now my fingers are crossed that SI will get their act together or stop releasing console versions of their game.

Calm down, calm down.

This is not SI's fault, I have this so many times with other games, Halo2, PGR3, Oblivion to name three. The reason why SI can't tell you what's going on is because Microsoft have probably got them signed into a secrets agreement. Now sure SI can break that and probably (a) get sued or (b) loose the ability to make 360 games, but lets be honest, they arn't going to break it and you wouldn't ever.

I know things are really frustrating at the mo, but the 360 game is a great title and I'm sure it will be updated in time. My suggestion to pass the time would be to start another game and play for a couple of seasons or so, then with all the random moves the squads will be different any how! As for the bug fixes, I haven't come across one major bug yet (apart from my defenders are terrible :-P), so chill :-).

The Crackdown update was likely able to arrive so quickly because it was a small patch hence speeding up the certification process as there are only one or 2 fixes to 'certify'.

How long did it take for a CoD2 patch? How about Test Drive Unlimited? or indeed PES 6?

I'm sorry but SI are not the only company that are having problems with the process. The sheer size of the patch means that it will take longer to certify than pretty much any other patch to date.

I'm as frustrated as the next man. I just think our frustrations are being aimed at the wrong people.
