right i won the league first season with villa. im not writing on here to boast but jesus how this happened i dont no. i assure you there was no cheating involved what so ever. i am using my own version of 4-3-3 with STEFFEN IVERSEN of all people up front as target man.
he scored in 38 games i think it was 27 goals won player of the monnth 7 times (4 in a row at one time) and obviously was player of year and players player.

the thing is i dont consider myself that good at the game and dont really no how to react as it just seems wierd to win the league straight away when it usually takes 5-6 seasons to start challenging properly.

Has anyone else aver won league with someone not in the big four??

do you think there is much point continuing as i have won the league already?

will provide more details on tactics players etc if you want.

im at work at moment will be able to give better details tonight.

off top of my head i beat arsenal away 3-2 drew at home 0-0 beat liverpool away 3-1 and at home 2-0 beat chelsea home 1-0 lost away 3-0 drew with manu away won 1-0 at home.

im playing a 4-3-3 with 3 strikers in the centre with the two outer ones running to the wing. the have cross from byline and to the far post, run with ball and also attacking to the top (mentality) and closing down to the top and passing short.

then 3 central mids in flat line, left central mid has arrow going diagonally to the AMC spot and right sided central mid has a diagonal line going back to DMC spot. the more attacking mid has cross from deep to far post and forward runs often long shots normal through balls often and run with ball normal. three quarters attacking mentality. and passing mixed.

cm player has general mid settings i think i just left it all normal apart from through balls always.

DM has hard tackling marking MAN and no forward runs and high defensive mentality and closing down always.

back four are all set to the same lowest defensive mentality.

centre backs only the right one man marks and closing down often whereas other one has stand off both have long passing.

RB and LB never make forwrd runs and man mark. also direct passing no through ball or anythin
and crossing normal and from deep also to far post.

Target man has forward runs and no long shots just normal and passing short and closing always, he doesnt hold up ball.

mentality just under half
passing to wings
use target man yes and to head (iversen)

it's a great achievement but now you need to go and dominate Europe.

yeah but it just feels like this shud happen in 4 years time not strate away team has alot of youngsters aswel sold mellberg bouma baros angel sorensen mccann and brought in ray jones garvan billy jones makoena(blackburn) lewis price and ben watson they were sposed to be the future not the here and now.lol

Dunno man, this is kinda the point isn't it? If you've devised tactics and bought players that win you things then just do it!
