I'm playing against arsenal and need to win to get to the FA Cup final and they are hammering me, they have defoe and henry up front and are hammering me with their wingback, djorou and eboue. I'm playing as liverpool and have their default defence as well richards,collochini and zaccardo. can anyone plese tell me how to beat them?

try flat back for and have your lb and rb making no runs and really defensive as if they are centre backs. defend slightly deep the put 3 in midfield and three up front and use big fat target man. might work

interesting. Im playing with liverpool and heading into the CL final against arsenal, and just lost the fa cup to them. and i also have zaccardo. Great minds think alike.

Anyways, good ideas so far and i have to agree with them, altho i normally dont play a 433. If their wingbacks are murdering ya, try man marking them with your right/left midfielders. Generally tight mark across the back four, and you can tight mark with the midfield as well. I close down often with the midfield to try and stifle their creativity. And to clog up your defending third, make sure to have little space in between the back 4 and midfield, accomplish this with 'individual mentality' "rule of one" (depending on your school of thought on mentalities)

Works for the most part for me, but like i said i just lost 2-1 to arsenal, hopefully you'll have better luck.

Unfortunately. I lost to them in the final last year, so i can't have that happen again. Anyway thnaks for the advice, i beat them 2-0 by playing 5-2-3.
