i always seem to lose silly games and always conceded in first minute or seconds, any one know how is this possible

Try playing one up front Like this:

A. Davies------Bains------Mario------Abidal
--------------------Derry-------------------
Cardenas-----J. Smith-----Harper-----Rhodes
-------------Sibierski----------------------
-----------------------I. Miller------------

And have an arrow diagonally pointing at the centre-forward from the attacking-mid.

Plus... I also find if you have 2 tall centre-halves and the defensive-mid makes a lot of tackles then you concede fewer.
