Also Rhodes can play up front or in the hole so I can shuffle the pack very often. Sibierski can play up-front in the hole, in midfield-centre or on the left. El Karkouri takes most free kicks along with Rhodes and Derry, and Jimmy Smith gets most of the 35-yarders.)
