retired_tonia Newb Join Date: Sep 2007 Posts: 0 Rep Power: 0	the first thing i do is sack mi useless staff hopefully get in some better onesi.e. i get three that are good at technical side ball control Shooting and set pieces, i then ghet some one who is good at tactics and assign them the tatics session etc etc then i create individual training schedules for each player that is worth doing it for i.e. young players wonderkids etc. but they dont retain there attributes into next season dunno y?
