request feeder/parent clubs frequently, ask your board for stuff really

cheers jimmy, i'm currently Moor Green/Scotland manager with Bury my parent club for MG, board states that only 1 parent club is allowed and i get knocked back for things like more wages for players etc....suppose i keep asking?!

that could result in your sacking if you do it too often. also try customising ou training, not sure if this has any affect on the hands on approach stat but it could definitly help your team

If you take care of the team talk yourself, the tactic, arrange friendlies, renew your players contract, control your reserve and youth team... all these things increase your hands on approcah I'm pretty sure.

I wouldn't guarantee it though and I could stand corrected
