im sheff wed and just survived 1st season in prem in 17th place need help with a better tatic if im goin to improve this 2nd season plzz. im currently using a 442 and i like it some tyms it works but can sum1 give me sum exact instructions on how 2 modify the tatic, id really appriciate it.

This is an excellent guide to the basics of setting up any tatic. It may all seem quite basic and obvious but its stuff it's easy to loose sight of and if you do then any tactic you are trying to build won;t work because the base isn't solid:

I'd also look into the team instruction of putting corners into the near post and then giving your best jumper the instruction of near post flick ons. I'm finding i'm getting good success with this tactic in the conference using Wayne Alison. Think its a tactic which works in all leagues (don't expect to score everytime though - they are only human )
