every time i am close to playing a match and pr is nxt 2 1 of my players name and it says not confident or very nervous about the forthcoming match they always seem 2 play badly and when a manager praises 1 of my strikers and i play him nxt match he very often goes on into the match and not 2 score

has any body else had this problem and not realised it or is it just my game

its on what you say to the media b4 hand, each players is different and sometimes i dont say anything to the media, just ignore them
