Except for the obvious of course.

My PC is pretty old and is grounding to a halt. I was thinking of buying this. Is it basically the same as the PC version or are there any concerning cons?

Read through the forum mate.

In a nutshell the game is smaller but processes much quicker than the PC. There are numerous glitches and bugs that haven't been fixed.

If like me you've gone form PC to xBox then you may well be disappointed tbh.

I've gone from PC to xbox and I'm really happy about the swith although as Nickyh said there are several glitches that didn't get fixed yet and that unfortunately will probably not get fixed until FM 08 comes out.
