hi i was wondering am i along the right lines the better your youth facillities the better youth players you get an the better they get whilst young and with training facillities the better the traing facillities the faster the players improve and they also keep what they learned ( im villa i train luke moore with is own schedule and his finishing gets to 16/17 bi mid way thru season he comes bak from hols and his stats are where they were at the beginng!?)

hopefully thats a good schedule sorry to go on but does any body know which areas the training catergories cover. I try to see what the tips say but they allways go so fast, its like they dont want us to be able to develop our players lol.
aerobic - natural fitness, jumping etc
strength - do i need to say
goalkeeping - do i need to say
tactics - off the ball, postitioning etc
ball control - first touch etc
defending - tackling marking etc
attacking - passing creativity etc
shooting - obvious
set pieces - corners and free kicks
sorry it isnt more detailed but i havent got it switched on, but i hope this helps mate, i currently have training schedules for defenders midfielders, attacking midfielders, strikers and keepers, and the same with the youth team, just less intense
kool cheers big J i have schedules for my GK DEF MID and AT and also solo schedules for players with potential and the same for youth team GK DEF etc and talented players.
hes 21 now so lost his wonderkid description but he bagged 30 goals for me in all competitions so thstnotbad currentlyin reserves recouperating from injury avg of 8 in reserves so gettin there thansk to all thats helped me a lot cheers guys!
