devushka, be aware that the final result will look something like the image that I've attached.

Mark's examples are showing you lots of other fancy stuff that is not covered by this tutorial. I'm pretty sure that Mark can lead you in the right direction so that you will be able to make your image look as good as his. Be patient, because Mark will certainly reply to your post.

Mark can't help you if you do not tell him WHERE in the tutorial you have a problem... He is a guru, not a mind reader

hmm.. i just hate those tutorials that show you something but the tutorial doesnt show how to accomplish it.. only like.. 80% of it! haha

Hi Guys...

infection... that was not my intention. Not at all. And anyone who's been around here for awhile will atest to to the fact that that is not how i write my tutorials. Just FYI.

BTW... If folks read the first 2 sentences on that page they'd understand what they were getting ahead of time.

However...
I can relate to the fact that it would be nice to have a complete tutorial for that overall effect, so i've rewritten the tute and included the necessary steps to complete the effect.

NOTE: at this moment there's an issue with the upload function of the Forum so i couldn't attach example images. I will sort that out asap and upload the examples to go with the tute. But don't let that stop you from trying to get through it anyway. It's not that hard. Sorry for the hassle. :B
