Once a player has been rejected for a work permit and the appeal has also been turned down, is there an option to send a player to one of your affiliates to get the neccesary passport requirements to rejoin you?

if you have that knd of club which is able to avoid work permits then yes you should be able to.

What clubs do you have to be to be able to do it, and if you are, how do you do it?
(I am Villa btw)

go to your board and make a request for a feeder club, being villa you should be able to get one, you ill need a foreign club, and when the y come back (usually 3-4 weeks) it will say for ligible teams "To avoid work permit regulations"
