So anyway, im new to the game and dont understand how to get someone to make the plays, how do i judge who would be good for playmaking and how do i make someone a playmaker?
And also, every transfer season some of my players get unhappy, like william gallas, tomas rosicky, Hleb and others because i wont sell them, and funny thing is i won the treble on first season now entering my second, but they still want to leave, i dont know why, anyway i can avoid it?
Also some player suggestions, i bought anderson, ustari and some german striker thats really good, klove or something (crap with names), i think i need a left back and a new centre back, also a upcoming defensive midfielder.

anthony was a good defensive midfielder for on the 360 version,left back leighton baines/gareth bale/chiellini from juve...doesnt a playmaker have to have good passing and off the ball?
ok thanks for the suggestions ill try it, also haveing another problem, well not a problem as such, well im always losing money each month, even though we win alot of games, my stadium on it just got a big upgrade i checked the information and we have a 210mil loan. My chairman really wants to leave the club, is that because he cant afford it? whats the chances of me getting a new chairman that can afford to uphold the club, whats the chances of me having to sell all my good players just to pay the loan off? and if i have to do that i will have to sell all my players, is there much chance of that happening?
There is the option of selling a number of players to try and balance the books. You could maybe try been a feeder club to a rich club in the far east.
ALso, if your club gets taken over by a new owner, he might not want you at the helm. You could be replaced. The reality of management I suppose.
