soo i am exeter city in the coonference, 3rd season in and i still can't get outta this league, i have what i think is a better selection of players than most other clubs in the league, but i can't find a formation to work??

any ideas??

4-4-2 diamond works well in lower league

4-4-2 with the two wingers have arrows all the way up and put one of your centre midfielders with an arrow up diagonally inbetween the strikers and the midfielders. a good attacking midfielder will bag you a lot of goals

I agree with the above for the wingers, a good target man who can convert their crosses with his bonce would help too
