I put the game in and it wont go by the press start screen. its not my controller or the disc theirs no scratches on it. help me !!!

I also have a problem who i really hope someone can help me with.
I was playing fm and have two game saved. I had to uninstall football manager but made sure the two games i had saved were save on my computer by putting the files in a folder
I have now re-installed football manager, i go to load game select one of the games from the folder, it appears to be loading and then at the last moment it says game cannot be loaded!

PLEASE HELP

Don't sign in until you get past the start screen, I have the same problem which is not going away and to the second guy I don't know what you are on about because you don't uninstall stuff on Xbox 360s and this is the Xbox 360 section.
