I am currently an owner of the Football Manager 2007 game for the XBOX 360 and after posting various threads on the forums wanted to know if there was going to be a update released for this game.
It is not just the update of data people are asking for they are also asking for a fix to a bug in the game where it corrupts data when you try to load last game. Therefore they are losing hours an hours worth of gameplay.
If no update is released for this game fixing this issue then you are producing a game and letting it be sold when you know to be faulty, this is against the law.
Would you please reply to this email as i will then post on the forums as people are getting very agitated that they have not even heard any news on the matter.
On the Foums itself we were told by a member of your staff Miles Jacobson that a patch and update where in the works but since that post he has not poted another thread.

Good luck with your e-mail, buddy. I sent an em-mail to them regarding the whole issue, but all I got was an automated response, which I recieved no more that 30 seconds after I sent it to them. It also seems that the reason they haven't gotten back to us is because A) They're busy trying to fix the issue, or more likely B) Cannot give a God damn hell about us.
I wanted to mention the part about the illegal issue of selling a known faulty product, but didn't fancy any potential death threats! lol.
But you are definately right with that though. I was telling my fiance about this and she was completely gobsmacked at what games companies can do with their faithful consumers (ripping us off), and mentioned that it's illegal to sell ANY product in a shop that is either faulty, or dangerous to our health, and normally ask for a recall of their product to either make repairs, or to save contamination (depending on the product).
I just wonder what would happen if someone did enquire to their solicitor/lawyer as what can be done with this issue? Not me anyway, I'm too lazy! lol.
I think the fact that no one has bothered to reply to us in months just says they have ignored us. I think the best we can do really is submit some reviews to game sites/digg.com/etc highlighting this issue to people don't buy this or future version of the game as SI Games QA and Management don't support it at all.
