currently managing melbourne victory and sarkies has devoloped into a great player worth over $1 mill but wouldn't sign a new contract. espanyol signed him as his current deal expired and i didn't receive any compensation, i thought if the player was under 24 i should be paid? does the bosman ruling not apply in australia?

did you offer him a contract of equal or greater terms than his current deal, i.e same wage and same contract length, signing on fee etc. if not then you wont get any

no i didn't! is there somewhere where i can see what sevilla were offering so i could have matched it?

u dont need to offer him the same as sevilla, just same or better than what you had him on last contract.
