Yeah, if your a lower league club you can request a parent club, and if your doing slightly better you can request feeder clubs.
If its a parent club they will normally send you talented youngsters on loan for a season, where as if you have feeder clubs they can be anything from a small local club to send players on loan, a foreign club where you send players to gain EU passports (usually a lower division spanish side or possibly a belgian side. You can also link with teams where you get 1st choice on any talented players they may have coming through, or even link up with a big team in somewhere like the US or Japan where its mostly for bringing in extra revenue.
Just go to board requests and you will find the option for parent club and feeder clubs.
