Difference b/w 360 and PC version??

I'm a big fan of the FM games. But i've only played them on PC. Usually the only team i play with is my national team (El Salvador).

I was wondering what the differences are between the 360 and the PC versions of the game, when it comes to teams and player databases.

On the PC version, it offers over 400 Salvadoran players avalible for national team selection. Does the 360 version have such an extensive database?? Or more importantly, can El Salvador be choosen at all??
