Can any1 suggest a good striker for my Everton Team for around £20mil (before you ask i changed the budget i know shame on me!!!)



because as you can see my strikers just aren't scoring i know i shouldn't be moaning because van der vaart is scoring but please help

Owen: 23 apps, 15 goals
AJ: 11(6) apps, 6 goals
Yak: 5(2) apps, 5 goals

how much more are you EXPECTING them to score????

2 against boro first game of season then hatrick against plymouth in cup other than that been terrible

i can understand what you mean but if you had seen the amount of chances he's missed (around 13-17) 10 of them 1 on 1 you wouldn't play him as much i didn't create this thread to be slated by members that haven't seen him play (for me) i just wanted to know WHO I COULD SIGN!!!

the point i was making is that you've got 4 or 5 top class strikers there, and that if you can't get THEM scoring goals to the level you want (though personally i think they're banging in a lot already) then spending another £20m on another probably won't help a whole lot...

you'd be much better off looking at the tactical settings for your strikers (or just accepting that NO striker is going to score the several goals a game you seem to be looking for) and spending the money on a good strong tackling midfielder - which is what your team is currently lacking.

ok i agree with you but i am not looking for a striker that will score 3 goals every game i was looking for a striker who can either perform well for 45-60 minutes get a goal or come of the bench and net a goal

good strong tackling midfielder then? any reccomendations just got matias fernandez for £15mil still got alot of transfer budget left

i got Lorik Cana in my game for £5.5m at the start of the first season... not sure how much they'll want for him in Jan. He's quality though.

i did i cant help it i am a really avid everton fan in college with a load of kopites (liverpool fans) and i h8 it when they go on about how sh!t everton are so i decided to give myself £1billion transfer and £50million wage that'll show the b@st@rds

also decided to give the yak a chance to redeem himself not looking good tho 4-1 down to watford away in fa cup (fernandez with goal)
