Default will 8.0.1. database work with beta patch?
Without starting the discussion whether moving back to the beta patch is a smart move, a question: would the updated 8.0.1. database work with the beta?
When I uninstalled FM (had to do this to revert to beta), a new database was also deleted - this is why I have concerns regarding the compatibility. So, Ill install again 8.0.1., save the database, go back again and install beta, and will let you know if the new database works.

The 8.0.1 patch will overwrite the beta so you can't have the db and the beta patch together.

i re installed the game from scrath to get rid of the 8.0.1 patch but had edited the new database and saved it before hand! then patched it with beta 2 and the version is correct in game and im using updated database! surely the database isnt conected with the fix`s in the game so wont effect the beta patch from workin
