If in my list of playmakers I have 2 player who are both on the pitch, is it only the first one on the list who is the playmaker or are they both playmakers?

I ask as I only want one playmaker and don't want to confuse the team..

good question I would like to know an answer for this myself. I THINK they only use the 1st choice as a playmaker, just as only the 1st choice penalty takers etc would be used.
