I am playing with brazilian first division gremio and i just bought morais from vasco and alex silva from sao paulo. i bought them during the transfer window, they are in my team but for some reason they are cup tied for every match. Can somebody tell me why? and when i am going to be able to play them?

Do you remember that real life rule in the Brazilian league that prevents a player from playing for a different team if he's played more than 6 games for his previous team?

It's this rule that you found after signing Morais and Alex Silva.


"Cup-tied" is misleading though, as it affects the league, not the Brazilian Cup.
