Then it thinks its a pirate copy I heard about it on the bugs forum people were getting these problems and it was said it was because they were pirate copys, but people proved proof of purchase and it turns out the anti-piracy measures they put in are flawed and knack up proper consumers games aswell occasionally. Good job you realised lol some of them knack your game big time. Report it on bugs forum.
i'm also a bit worried how it says Englands biggest win is 13-nil, however, the highest scoring game is 2-all with Croatia!! Me thinks FM can't add too good!
I also have experienced this issue, but it has occured where Ryan Giggs is replaced in Man United's record book. He has suddenly become Matthew Hardley. I put this down to some data cockup, but alas it would not see so.
I purchased fm from Game and run it on a Mac. This is not a continuation of the demo game. I also run no cd emulation programs (unless fm believes Parallels to be a cd emulation program). Any ideas.

Are you saying you use a no-CD programme so that you can run FM without the disc?
