i have been thinking about this new idea which i believe could ne immplemented into fm2009. might of allready been thought of before and mentioned but whats everyones view?
i believe chairmen of the clubs currently without a manager, should contact the club and ask for permission to speak to a certain manager they would like to offer the job too.
and also offer and negotiate a compensation package for that certain manager etc.
example
so if the chairmen of the unemployed clubs wants you as there manager. they contact your current chairmen and ask for permission to speak to you instead of just offering you the job. aka the wigan situation with steve bruce, where dave whelan asked birmingham for permission.
there should also be an option to resign if your current chairmen rejects an approach and you believe you are ready to take the next managerial step up. aka ian holloway and plymouth.
views anyone?
im sure this would be a nice touch in the next fm and not too hard to implement.
