On the favourite personnel list of your club you are managing then it disappears after a month???? shouldnt your name stay there? not disappear unless you left the club? that was the case for FM07 doesnt seem to be the case for FM08??

i like my name to stay there, to make sure my job is secure if i make any ****ups i got the fans backing ;-)

Being on the favourite personel list doesn't ensure that you stay in the club. My chairman just slumped away the fans player of the year and all time eleven best and the latest addition to the clubs favourites. As long as you do your job right you shouldn't have to worry too much about your job but if you don't no favourite status in the world can save you.
