Truth be told, there ISN'T so much talent in this team. The players aren't bad, but i've never seen any of them perform to 50% of their club performances.
So, no, England flop for a reason that has everything to do with the fact that they don't play well and nothing to do with all the meta-physics that get thrown around whenever Beckham blasts the final penalty in the stratosphere.

In my opinion England is already through the Euro finals but..
I think that the game between Israel and Russia was "fixed" (don't ask me who fixed it) so England will go through the Euro...
Do you imagine a euro cup without England??
What will happen to the bookies all over the world without England???
Also have you noticed how much money have been placed on Russia to win???(I was one of them too )
First time I watch a team without any motive like Israel to play like if the win they go through...
and also I am not sure if Russia really wanted to win.. |

I'm confident England will finish the job. How could they go on to lose in the quarterfinal if they didn't?
It was a fun read. Is there a way on FM to set up just one match, choosing players from both sides, stadium, etc, to see how it plays out, without having to actually start a game, add 2 managers, arrange a friendly and so on?

I read today in a belgian newspaper some russion multi-millionair has promised 4 mercedes's to the Croatian players if they would win, one for the goalkeeper and three for the three best players.
In Belgium this is forbidden. Its also very unethical in my opinion. I will be an England supporter tomorrow!

| I think it would be unethical (and I hope illegal) if the incentives were offered in exchange for losing. But if these are incentives for winning, I don't see the problem.
I mean, would it be unethical if England paid higher prizes to its players for winning than the prizes paid by Croatia? I don't think so.
