Not qualifying = more rest in offseason for club players who desperately need it (i.e. Gerrard). Therefore I hope they lose.

As neither team can really afford another loss, I think it will be a draw. Especially as a draw suits both.

After all, England will reportedly play with only one striker. There's no way they'll be able to score against Croatia like that...

Being Croatian, I would also like Croatia to win, but I'd even more like Russia not to go through (for some reason they really annoy me). So I'll be rooting for a draw, even though it would be a far wiser choice to eliminate England from the competition.

What the hell is this thread in SIGAMES?!?!? They spent more time analizying England's chances to qualify to EURO, then they work at the patch
England will qualify for EURO, chill! But they really don't deserve it

GO! GO! GO! CROATIA!!!
Even if we are already qualified let's renew the experience of the 1st leg with a convincing victory once more(2-0 for those who forgot^^)

anyway if you ask me England does not deserve the Euro when you see how they have been playing throughout the qualification round ...

Hope it won't be my last post on these boards...

HRVATSKA! HRVATSKA! HRVATSKA!
Well quite clearly if we beat you and finish top of the group we will:

1) have the most points
2) been the best team in the group
3) fully deserve our place in Euro 2008

Let the game begin........

Haha i guess im the first with a real comment instead of the whiners above

TBH Dave from Sega I hope you dont work on the game if you came up with that line up. It looks like something Steve McLown would pick, its pretty obvious that this team isnt picked on merit.

Gareth Barry - Definate starter he has been immense in the games he hs played this season and could have had 3 man of the match awards for England, much better than Fat Frank.

Scott Carson - The best keeper in the squad maybe Green should have got a call up but he hasnt so Carson is the stand out choice. Robbo has even been making mistakes in training do u really have faith in this guy.

Ashley Young a definate substitute he invigorated the left when he came on against Austria.

Also if I picked the squad i would have given Gabby Agbonlahor a chance up front he is the top english scorer in the league and Defpe gets picked after hes hardly played.

PS - Can anyone at SI tell me why Agbonlahor is so crap on FM08 i mean i hope this is sorted with the patch because he is immense in real life also i have to retrain him for AMR which is strange given that he played here for Villa last season and even against Chelsea this year he was on the right wing.

Well, they should. :p
Everyone in both SEGA and SI should be working on it, from the chairman to the cleaning lady.

Yes, even the lad that mows their lawn. :p

I totally agree, the topic should be "Can SI Finish The Job". XD

However, I'm on Croatia and Russia's side, I dislike English football, even though Russia was extremely disappointing at Israel.
