in my game, the rules of the belgian 2nd divison are that there are 36 games to be played per team, each team will play another twice since there are 19 teams in the league. the format is broken down into First, Second and Third Period, and the rules of these Periods in-game state that they are 13,13 and 12 gameslong respectively, which tallies up to 38 games. any idea?

Belgian second division is in a complete shambles at the moment and they don't even know how many games are going to be played.
