tough question

but here's my answer

in ukraine you have to major sides dinamo kiev and shaktar doneck )spelling( now i don't know about the first but shaktar have loads of money and a very good team to also their in the champions league

in russia you can find csk moscow and spartak moscow to hevy sides well csk is better i guess

in romania their's some capable sides like steaua , dinamo buc., cfr cluj and rapid not to mention poli timisoara who has cash

Russia and Ukraine are probably the better leagues? I think they're also easier to get foreigners? I think i tried Romania in an earlier FM but it was nearly impossible to sign non-romanian players and the overall the players weren't very good

well yes they're better leagues of course bur in romania you can find more teams that can performe well in europe

also in this season they are eu nation citizens so for the clubs you can sign eu citizen players withouth them to be fgn

and also you can lure good foreigners to your team

i signed mendieta for dinamo buc on a free transfer in january first season i know he's not that good anymore but still he's mendieta and i had ronaldo in fm 2006 in my 4 or 5th season he was retiring but came to me in january and played 13 scored 8 goals which was very nice

so you can sign good players you just have to do well in europe

I'll think i'll try them out!

OR

Ukraine :p but i don't know which team yet, i'm looking for a challenge, so i won't play dinamo kiev or shakhtar, who's a nice outside with potential?
