Teams without coaches, do they kids still get trained? There is 2 teams both with state of the art youth and training. 1 team has coaches and 1 team does not. The team with coaches seems to be producing better players.

presumably it works the same for AI as does for a human team, so the product they produce comes down to the youth system but development is down to the coaches, if they have fewer the work load will be spread and they will not develop.

Interesting question, I'd probably agree with Neville_Roach there, though if you notice, some of your youth players enter your club (promoted from academy, etc) having your coaches/youth coaches/fitness coaches/etc already listed as favourite personnel, suggesting that your backroom staff already start working on them before they are "generated".

ie, while the standard of youth facilities (and the presence of an academy) might be a major factor in influencing the standrd of generated youth players for a club side, the staff MIGHT affect it as well.
