After rejecting a bid for Pasquale Foggia and citing that he was indespensible, the player got angry that that was the reason and insisted that his contract and status should match that (he was only rotation at the time)
Playing as Lazio who were doing poorly for a couple of years before i took over, I declared my interest in signing Pirlo (who had been out of the team for a while). Pirlo dismisses the interest as ridiculous and then i get these responses from my players:
"Feels the manager should check on the availability and interest of potential targets before going public"
and even better from most of my team:
"Glad to see his manager has a sense of humour following his declaration of interest in Andrea Pirlo."
I saw a cool (new?) one today...after I sold Soldado to Villareal, the media had an article telling of his return to his former club. I stated that he would be a possible threat.
After I checked my squad screen, Silva had a "PR" symbol so I looked at it and it said "Hoping to bring Soldado back down to earth following the manager's recent comments". I was stunned at first, and then extremely happy to have seen that one!

What's bad about this is that, five years from now, you'll still be getting the same media question every time he comes to visit.
Heck, I've gotten that media question in 2013 for a player I had on a three-month loan in 2009 ... Couldn't remember who he was, had to look at his history.
